Booking treatments

We have a wide range of treatments that you can enjoy on your visit to The ANA Spa.

All guests are asked to pre-book treatments to avoid disappointment. Full pre-payment will be required to secure your treatment booking.

Spa Days & Spa Breaks

We have a number or Spa Days and Spa Breaks that you can enjoy on your visit to The ANA Spa.

All guests are asked to pre-book any treatments for their Spa Days and Spa Breaks to avoid disappointment. Full pre-payment of Spa Day, Spa Breaks and treatments is be required at the time of booking. Notice of any cancellations must be given 72 hours prior to arrival, or two weeks for groups of six or more, to avoid 100% cancellation fee. 

Spa Facilities

Guests staying at voco Winchester Hotel & Spa can use The ANA Spa facilities for a charge from £25 per person for a hotel guests (subject to availability). Outside guests are able to use the facilities from £35 per person (only available Monday – Thursday subject to availability).

Group Bookings
 

We know that some of the most memorable experiences are with friends and we welcome group bookings.

If you need any extras to make the day special – from champagne to flowers – please call us in advance and we can arrange them.

To confirm group bookings, we require a full pre-payment deposit.

On the Day of Treatment
 

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment so you can complete a consultation form prior to your treatment.

Your therapist will specify what to wear for your treatment during your consultation.

Gym and studio
 

Spa day and spa break guests are welcome to use the gym.

Spa day and spa break guests are also welcome to join virtual classes in the studio on a complimentary basis if there is availability on the day.

This cannot be pre-booked and is subject to availability.

Medical information
 

It is important that you advise us in advance of any health conditions, pregnancy, recent medical procedures, cosmetic procedures, allergies, or injuries as this may affect your treatment when making your reservation. Guests with any conditions that we have not been made aware of prior to arrival, may result in loss of treatment with no refund or substitution.

ANA Spa Etiquette
 

To ensure a tranquil experience we request that mobile telephones are not used in the spa.

The packages and treatments are subject to change and subject to availability.

The Spa is for over 18s only.

Timings and confirmations
 

Please make sure you read your confirmation email and any emails that arrive before your spa day. Please note we try to keep your appointments at your chosen time but on the odd occasion we may need to move appointments but it will be re-confirmed via email with your new timings.

Cancellation policy
 

Treatments and day spa bookings cancelled within 72 hours or non attendance will incur a 100% cancellation charge.

Group bookings cancelled within 2 weeks or non attendance will incur a 100% cancellation charge.

Bookings made within 72 hours of arrival will require full prepayment and will be fully chargeable in the event of cancellation or non attendance.

Parking
 

Parking in complimentary to spa guests on the day of your booking. On arrival, please visit our main hotel reception desk to enter your car registration on the screen provided.

Failure to do so will receive a parking fine from Parking Eye, which we cannot remove.

Accessibility
 

The hotel is fully accessible and offers several accessible parking spaces.

The spa is also fully accessible via the lift adjacent to the hotel reception and features a fully accessible changing facility with direct access to the spa.

Please note the hydro spa does not have a hoist system.
